“President Trump is working to secure our nation’s borders and stop the flow of fentanyl and other dangerous drugs into our country. The president of Mexico has already come to the table to negotiate an agreement on stronger border security, and I hope Canada will do the same,” said Congressman John Moolenaar.

“State and local governments know their students’ needs better than Washington bureaucrats and have a primary responsibility for education. The A-PLUS Act sends money back to the states, so state and local governments can address their educational needs as they see fit. This legislation cuts burdensome red-tape and moves funding closer to parents and students,” said Moolenaar.

"Parents and students deserve to have the chance to pursue the best education available to them, one that provides the best environment for learning. School choice gives students the opportunity to achieve their highest potential with an education that fits their needs. Recent years have shown again how important it is for parents to have a role in their child's education. I am grateful for the support of my colleagues as we introduce this resolution to recognize parents' rights," said Congressman Moolenaar.

"The Laken Riley Act makes our communities safer by holding criminal illegal immigrants responsible for their crimes and removing them from the country so they can no longer pose a threat to the American people. "The electric vehicle mandate hurt our automakers and made them become more dependent on the Chinese Communist Party, which dominates the EV supply chain. President Trump’s decision to end the EV mandate will help Michigan and give our auto companies the time they need to innovate and create the best technology. It also means Michigan families won’t be pushed toward electric vehicles and will be able to choose the vehicle that best fits their needs," said Congressman John Moolenaar.

“President Biden failed our nation at nearly every level. Here at home, he crushed Michigan families with the highest inflation in decades, raised the cost of living and made them pay more for everything they buy. Internationally, the world is more dangerous because of Biden’s failures. Russia invaded Ukraine again, the Taliban took over Afghanistan, and he allowed a terrorist group in the Middle East to control the shipping lanes of the world economy. I look forward to working with President Trump and his administration to get our nation back on track.”

“Governor Whitmer has given hundreds of millions of dollars to Chinese auto suppliers in Michigan. If she is ready to show she is serious about stopping the Chinese Communist Party from taking over our auto industry she will end the state subsidies she approved for Chinese auto suppliers and stop their projects from moving forward. She has subsidized the CCP’s efforts to make our automakers more dependent on China. Her concerns about Chinese auto suppliers hurting our economy are empty until she ends her subsidies for them,” said Congressman John Moolenaar.
