Last year, Michigan reported that foreign nationals were able to cast a ballot in the 2024 election. This is completely unacceptable. It makes clear that reforms are needed to stop non-citizens from registering and casting a vote. The SAVE America Act takes common sense steps to protect the integrity of our elections, restore confidence in the system, and ensure the law is enforced,” said Moolenaar.
