Moolenaar Votes to Help Veterans

Today, the House of Representatives passed legislation to help our nation's more than 21 million veterans.

The legislation passed by the House today helps veterans with mental health and home care. It also provides a COLA increase for veterans disability and expedites the appeals process for more than 500,000 veterans with appeals at the VA.

Congressman John Moolenaar supported the legislation and made the following statement:

"Today's legislation is one way our country can repay our veterans for their service and sacrifice. By expediting appeals at the VA and making it easier to receive care at home, today's legislation will help meet the needs of Michigan veterans and their families."
