Moolenaar Statement on Supreme Court Ending Affirmative Action

Today, the Supreme Court ruled that it is unconstitutional for colleges and universities to judge applicants for admission by the color of their skin.

"No one should be judged by the color of their skin and today's Supreme Court ruling reaffirms this essential truth,” said Congressman John Moolenaar.
