Moolenaar Statement on President Trump's Address to Congress

Tonight, President Donald Trump delivered an Address to a Joint Session of Congress. Congressman John Moolenaar was in attendance and made the following statement after the speech. 

"President Trump’s address reaffirmed his commitment to the hardworking men and women of our country and presented a clear vision for the future - a renewal of the American dream. His speech emphasized the importance of securing our borders, strengthening our economy, and standing up for parental rights,” said Moolenaar. “The President also addressed critical issues including the flow of deadly fentanyl into our nation and supporting law enforcement in the fight against crime. I will continue my work with President Trump and his administration to advance policies that improve the lives of Michigan residents."
