Moolenaar Statement on Amicus Brief Regarding the 2020 Election

Yesterday, Congressman John Moolenaar and over 100 of his House colleagues signed an amicus brief in support of the Supreme Court case filed by the State of Texas regarding the 2020 presidential election.

"I believe it is of utmost importance to ensure the integrity of our election systems," Congressman Moolenaar stated. "There have been several reports of election irregularities in Michigan and across the country. These reports should be taken seriously and investigated to the fullest degree. The amicus brief I signed onto affirms these concerns and they merit careful and timely review by the Supreme Court. It is my hope the court will swiftly review the case to bring confidence to the American people that the 2020 election upheld the Constitution and state laws."
