Moolenaar to Serve on House Agriculture Subcommittees

Today, Representative John Moolenaar (R-MI) announced that he will serve on two subcommittees of the House Committee on Agriculture. He will serve on the Subcommittee on Nutrition, and the Subcommittee on Biotechnology, Horticulture, and Research.

"According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the Fourth District is Michigan's No. 1 agriculture producing district with over 10,000 farms and 15,000 farm operators. These subcommittee assignments are a great opportunity to work on issues vital to the district," said Moolenaar.

In addition to the House Committee on Agriculture, Moolenaar is also a member of the House Committee on the Budget, and the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology.
