Moolenaar Calls for End to Transit Mask Mandate

On Wednesday, Congressman John Moolenaar called for an end to the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) mask mandate in a letter to TSA Administrator David Pekoske. However, this morning the Biden Administration announced the mask mandate will continue for another month.

"It is long past time for President Biden to do away with COVID restrictions and mandates on the American people," said Congressman Moolenaar. "President Biden is out of touch and I trust Michigan families to make decisions that are best for themselves and their families."

TSA's mask requirement was set to expire on March 18. The letter from Congressman Moolenaar and 91 other members of Congress to TSA Administrator Pekoske can be found here.
