Cardona Fails Michigan Parents and Students

Today, Education Secretary Miguel Cardona is in Michigan to talk about the Biden-Harris administration’s unconstitutional program to transfer student loan debt to taxpayers.

"Secretary Cardona has led the Biden-Harris administration’s unconstitutional program to force Michigan workers who never went to college to pay the debts of those who did. It is unfair and it is against the law. The Biden-Harris plan is a failure for parents and students," said Congressman John Moolenaar. 

Last year, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to halt the Biden-Harris plan to transfer student loan debt to taxpayers.
