Big Rapids Elementary School Honored with Blue Ribbon Award

Today, the Department of Education announced that Riverview Elementary School in Big Rapids is one of the National Blue Ribbon Schools of 2020. Riverview Elementary School has earned the Blue Ribbon Award for Exemplary High Performing School, which means students at Riverview perform well on state assessments and national tests.

"Congratulations to the students, parents, and teachers of Riverview Elementary in Big Rapids on being named a Blue Ribbon School," said Congressman John Moolenaar. "This is a special honor for the community and I encourage all involved to continue striving for success."
