Community Project Funding Request

The fiscal year 2027 (FY27) Community Project Funding (CPF) request form is below. All requests are due by 5:00p.m. on March 6. Before submitting your request, please review the specific House Appropriations Subcommittee CPF request guidance here and ensure you are providing all necessary information. Different Subcommittee's require different information for requests. Please review the guidance thoroughly and carefully. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

What are these options?

Constituents who are hard of hearing or use a video phone have the option to choose TDD or VP based on the type of device they are using. This allows our office to respond to them accordingly. The default option 'Voice' is a standard audible telephone.
