Community Project Funding Request

Please use the below form to submit a Community Project Funding Request for a project that has an impact on Michigan’s 2nd Congressional District. Before submitting this form, please be sure to thoroughly review the guidance here, as well as all detailed guidance and supplemental questions required by the specific House Appropriations Subcommittee. The deadline to submit requests is 5:00p.m. on March 21, 2025. Late or incomplete requests will not receive consideration.

Any questions, information, or statements required by the House Appropriations Committee - that do not have a specific field below - should be inserted and answered in the Supplemental Questions and Information portion.
