Moolenaar Announces 2023 Congressional Art Competition

Congressman John Moolenaar invites all high school students from Michigan's Second Congressional District to enter their art in the 2023 Congressional Art Competition.

The winning student from the Second District will have their art displayed at the U.S. Capitol for a year. There will also be two Regional winners from the Second District who will have the opportunity for their art to be displayed in Congressman Moolenaar's Clare office.

The entry deadline for this year's Second District contest is Friday, April 21, 2023. Entries should be mailed or delivered to Congressman Moolenaar's Clare office at 431 North McEwan Street, Clare, MI 48617.

More information on the rules and how to enter the art competition is online at moolenaar.house.gov/services/art-competition. Interested students who need assistance transporting their art to Clare or who have additional questions on the competition should contact Congressman Moolenaar's Clare office at 989-802-6040.

Michigan's Second Congressional District is made up of Barry, Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Ionia, Isabella, Lake, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola counties and parts of Eaton, Kent, Midland, Muskegon, Ottawa, and Wexford counties.
